Most guests dine at one of six intimate tables — four guests per table, twenty-four seats in total — with a daily-changing menu, sommelier-led wine and dinner service. Or choose the Chef's Table: a small counter at the pass, closest to the kitchen and the creative process, for guests who want the menu told directly.
